Honestly no complaints. Clean hotel and terrific service. The location exceptionally nice close to Hershey park. Also - just next door to a couple decent restaurants as well as downtown and lots of food and businesses.

The location is fantastic! It’s just a short walk to the park and other nearby attractions, plus there are a few nice restaurants around. If you're in the mood for shopping, the Canada One Factory Outlet Mall is only 2 km away. 🛍️.

The room was clean the rest was very dingy and dirty..stairwells etc. staff was very nice. The price and location worked well.

The outside of the resort looks very ugly. They need to do repaint the outside and everything is dirt. They need to add flowers and other stuff to make the property inviting. The rooms inside were amazing, lots of space and all the comforts you possible could need such as extra outlets for you phone etc.

The room was spotless and updated with central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave.

This place is close to Hershey park and I needed to be here for a conference.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in the United States. Totally disgusting. Had never been vacuumed. Didn't even want to walk in the room with shoes off. Smelled of mildew.

This hotel is conveniently situated near a theme park, restaurants, and shopping areas, with friendly and welcoming staff, and features trendy.

The bed was nice. Staff was friendly. Yay for the elevator!

I didn't notice it was a pet friendly place so my allergies were going nuts. And there was a bunch of old snacks thrown under the bed that were never cleaned up. My 14 month old daughter grabbed one and almost chewed it up.
